I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a high-quality feel to them, but there were some cleanliness issues like chipped paint in the bathroom and on the front door. The staff was helpful and smiling, but there were some issues with the checkout process until the manager arrived. The location was convenient but quite small.
